tonals

i guess i was working a little 'backwards' last week and wasnt really going anywhere. here are the two tonals for the two backgrounds i've been working on. thanks everyone, you're comments were very helpful. ^_^




i'm trying to give the castle scene a foggy look.

Hey Twee,

These are looking really good. I like the wet effect that you are giving the road in the top image. I do think that the darks could be pushed a a bit more, particularly in the foreground.

The fogginess (o_0?) in the castle image reads well, but I still think that the empty space on the left should could be done without.

But ya, these are looking good, just keep pushing it. ^ ^
